Fritz Brogan began his hospitality career as a college bouncer and bartender. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Georgetown University Law Center and served on the University's Board of Governors and on the board of Hoyas Unlimited. He is a Trustee of the Federal City Council and is a member of AEI's Enterprise Club and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He served on the Advisory Board of the Global Hospitality Leadership program at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and is an active supporter of Washington Jesuit Academy. In addition to being co-founder of Mission Group, he is an active investor and advisor to multiple companies.  Earlier in his career, Fritz worked as an attorney and senior advisor to elected officials and candidates for statewide and federal office and served as Chair of two political committees. He is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
