Fritz Brogan began his hospitality career as a college bouncer and bartender. In 2014, he co-founded Mission Group, which has grown to be one of the largest hospitality companies in the Washington D.C region. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Georgetown University Law Center and served on the University's Board of Governors and on the board of Hoyas Unlimited. He is a Trustee of the Federal City Council, where he also serves on the leadership committee, is a board member of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington and is an active member with the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He served on the Advisory Board of the Global Hospitality Leadership program at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies and is an active supporter of Washington Jesuit Academy. He is an investor and advisor to multiple companies and serves on several corporate boards. Earlier in his career, Fritz worked as an attorney, deputy chief of staff to then-Florida Governor Rick Scott and as a senior advisor to elected officials and candidates for statewide and federal office. Fritz served as chair of two federal political committees and is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
