Building on this early success, Nima moved to the Washington DC area and advanced to a Senior II Kitchen Manager position at the Cheesecake Factory. His leadership and expansive culinary expertise led him to become the Regional Executive Chef for Gordon Biersch in the DMV area, where he oversaw multiple locations and ensured the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Furthering his career, Nima served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Phillips Seafood, where he was responsible for innovating and maintaining the quality of their esteemed seafood offerings company wide. Currently, he holds the prestigious position of Corporate Executive Chef at Mission Group, where he continues to demonstrate his exceptional culinary skills and leadership.
